Julian in the Fall

The Apple Days harvest celebration starts in mid-September and is a perfect reason to visit this historical town in the Fall.

Since you’re already in town, then take a detour to the the Apple Days Festival or check out the the Oktoberfest party on Main Street. Both celebrations offer a fun family atmosphere and a chance to eat some of that “famous apple pie”!

Don’t miss out on the “u pick apple” or “apple picking” experience. During the months of September until mid-November or “until the apples run out”, you can take your kids to an apple orchard and pick pesticide free apples to take home. Take a bite now or later, slice them and bake your own pie – either way, picking apples fresh off a tree is a memory you or your kids won’t soon forget!!

This old fashioned town is a fun and interactive day trip for the whole family to participate in. It doesn’t matter if you’re strolling downtown on Main Street, on the History Hunt, or enjoying one of the Historical Reenactment Skits,… You and your family will have an entertaining trip and the BEST part of it all is its FREE!!!
