Festival of Arts
The Festival of Arts is located near Downtown Laguna Beach and is famous for its outdoor art show. The inaugural Festival held on Main Street in 1932 was an amazing outdoor art gallery, featuring kid’s activities, live music, and more. It is no wonder that the Festival was a huge success!
Today, Laguna Beach’s Festival of Arts is considered “California’s premier open air gallery experience”. I recommend visiting and viewing each exhibition to decide for yourself. Enjoy the ocean breeze and a glass of wine as you tour the artworks on display. Be prepared to open your pocket book and write a check for a piece of art you can't live without!
It is difficult to tour the exhibits without falling in love with a piece or two of art. You will want to take it all home! You will find a variety of juried media from photography, ceramics, paintings, printmaking, jewelry, ceramics, glass and more. Large pieces, small pieces and just the right size pieces. You will be amazed with each artist interpretation.
Have you been to an art gallery and had the luxury of meeting the artist prior to purchasing? Not many people have. The most amazing part about the Festival of Arts is you can meet the artist and purchase your favorite one of a kind piece of art. It’s an invigorating and thrilling experience to know you personally met the artist. You can also take a FREE art tour to meet the artists. Learn about their pieces of art with open discussion and observation in artist technique. All artists live in Southern Orange County, California. Tours are held daily at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. See the front entrance for more details. Several special events are held throughout the season. Learn hand’s on printmaking techniques, the art of Raku pot painting, or enjoy live music as you browse the exhibits. 
You can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the two restaurants inside of the Festival. Tivoli Terrace is a full service restaurant with lighted patio dining. Gina’s offers a casual dining experience, Italian “Alfresco”. Or, find seating in the center of the Festival, listen to live entertainment and enjoy a few cocktails.

Admission - Hours – 10:00 am to 11:30 pm. Open daily during Festival Season, typically opens after July 4th and ends at the end of August
